Helmerich Sea Lion Cove

Helmerich Sea Lion Cove - Opening March 2012!

Support the Exhibit and be Remembered by a Commemorative Plaque!

The Helmerich Sea Lion Cove is the Tulsa Zoo's newest exhibit. Opening this March, visitors will be able to watch our sea lions from many different vantage points, including an underwater viewing station!

We depend on the support of our visitors and our community to make state-of-the-art exhibits like this a reality. Please consider donating to this exhibit. Your generosity will not go unnoticed - an engraved commemorative plaque will be displayed on the walls of this exhibit, near the Hille Foundation underwater viewing area. These plaques will be shaped like various fish, to mimic the natural prey of Sea Lions. The size and type of your "fish" will vary depending on your donation level.

Make a donation online at our shop, or download a form. Fish plaques are still available! Any plaques ordered after February 1, 2012, will not be installed until after the Grand Opening in March.

The donation form can be downloaded here. For more information, or to submit your donation, please contact Jenna Brightmire: jbrightmire@tulsazoo.org. You can also fax the completed form to 918.669.6879, or mail it to:
