2015 Nature's Buddies Toddler Programs - Spring Series

Learn to engage your child’s wonder and curiosity about nature! Caretakers, learn to guide your 2- to 4-year-old child in nature play, engage in exciting hands-on learning that can continue after each class, and even meet a live zoo animal.

During our Spring Series programs we will learn how the needs of all living creatures and their young can be found outside: clean water to drink, food to gather, and shelter for refuge. Grown-ups must come ready to play! Class is rain or shine and considerable time is spent out in the zoo, so please dress appropriately.

Parents will receive email reminders 2 days prior to your program start date. Registration is for one child and one adult for the entire series of programs.  Dates and times for each meeting are listed below.

If you don’t receive an electronic confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online, please contact the zoo’s Education Department at 918-669-6219 or email us.

Cost: $30 for Zoo Friends Members, $35 for non-members

Summer Zoo Camp 2015

We want 'ewe' to join us for Summer Camp at the zoo!

Summer Camp is quickly approaching and we make it fun for your “wild ones” to learn all summer long during our annual summer camps. Children ages 3-12 will learn about the zoo’s animals, their habitats, behaviors, and they will even get to meet some of the animals during up-close encounters.

Camps include zoo hikes, games, crafts and other “zoo”pendous activities. Half-day and full-day camps are available, depending on your child’s age.  Our Summer Camps even include classes for siblings, grandparents, and parents/toddlers.

These week-long day camps begin June 8 and end August 7.
