ZooFari 2009

Now in its 17th year, ZooFari is a Green Country tradition.  This fun-filled event held every May at the zoo, offers parents, grandparents, and children the perfect opportunity to enjoy the zoo on a beautiful spring evening.  This year’s Zoofari will be May 1, 2009.

This year’s event is sure to be the best yet with a new format that everyone can enjoy!  ZooFari …an island adventure features three zones to ensure that every member of the family has a blast! Entertainment includes hula dancers, Jupiter jumps, an obstacle course, live music, laser tag, face painting and much, much more! Not to mention, over 30 of Green Country’s favorite family restaurants will be serving food for all of the guests including Johnny Carino’s, Krispy Kreme, Qdoba, Hideaway Pizza and more! 

ZooFari is from 6:30 to 9 p.m. with patrons enjoying early entrance starting at 6!  Buy your tickets on-line starting April 1st!  Purchase your tickets here.

This event will be supported by local media coverage, advertising and on-site signage.  Exposure will include the Tulsa area media market, 13,000 member households of Tulsa Zoo Friends, 1,500 event attendees and 20,000 regular admission zoo guests the week prior to the event.
