WALTZ on the Wild Side 2009

Now in its 19th year, WALTZ on the Wild Side is the Tulsa Zoo’s premier event.  Nearly two decades strong and better than ever, WALTZ is responsible for building most of the major projects at the zoo.  From the Chimpanzee Connection, Elephant Encounter, Shark Tank, Children’s Zoo and more, WALTZ supporters have helped this zoo continue to grow year after year!  This year’s event is on June 19th, 2009 from 7 to midnight.

WALTZ provides sponsors and guests with the absolute best food, drinks, and zoonique environment in Tulsa! Restaurant highlights from past years include In the Raw, Fleming’s, The Brasserie, and much much more!  Supporting sponsors and above receive VIP access to the “Lion’s Den” the exclusive VIP Tent for Major Sponsorships and above including premium drinks, hors d’oeuvre delivery, and entertainment in an exclusive setting.

This event will be supported by local media coverage, advertising and on-site signage.  Exposure will include the Tulsa area media market, 13,000 member households of Tulsa Zoo Friends, 1,500 event attendees and up to 20,000 regular admission zoo guests the two weeks prior to the event.
