Schools and Groups
The Tulsa Zoo welcomes your personal group, corporate group or school field trip. We have a dedicated staff to help you through the ticketing and entry process when you make an advanced reservation. See the below sections for information about our different group rates.
Schools and Groups MUST submit a reservation form two weeks in advance by fax or online form; a confirmation will be sent within one week of receipt of reservation. You are not confirmed if you have not received your reservation. Download a faxable form or CLICK HERE to make an online reservation.

*Advance tickets are any tickets purchased before the day of your visit.
You MUST make a 2-week advance reservation to qualify for the group rate discount. We can not accept large groups that seek to check-in and pay group ticket pricing on the same day. We thank you for your understanding concerning this policy.
We offer a sliding scale for group tickets of 25 or more. The more you buy, the more you save!

School and Scout Groups
We welcome School and Scout groups from Tulsa and beyond! The Tulsa Zoo is a fun and educational experience for children of all ages. We are honored that you choose to bring your students to the zoo for their field trip or scouting expedition. School and Scout groups must make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. Important: The zoo requires a 1:5 ratio of adults to children during your field trip or scouting adventure. If you do not maintain this ratio, you may have limited access to certain areas of the zoo.
City of Tulsa School Rates K- 12 (only applies with reservation)
Students = Free admission
One teacher per five students = Free admission
Additional adults = 50% discount with group reservation
Bus Drivers = Free admission
Valid during school days only.
One payment must be made in order to receive discount.
Group must enter together.
Non – Tulsa School Rates K-12 (only applies with reservation)
Students = 50% discount
Teachers and additional adults = 50%
Bus Driver = Free admission

Scout Group Rates (only applies with reservation and if scouts are in uniform)
Scouts = 50% discount
Scout Leaders / Chaperones = 50% discount

Groups of 25 or More
These ticket prices are designed for organizations like preschools, daycares, churches and corporations, but anyone can take advantage of the savings by making a group reservation 2 weeks in advance* and making one payment for the entire group. Advance tickets can be purchased over the phone with a credit card payment. Tickets can either be picked up in person at the zoo or mailed.

The Tulsa Zoo accepts the following forms of payment for group visits.
- Cash (large bills and in one payment only)
- School Checks
- Purchase Orders (must present a copy of PO at check-in)
- All Major Credit Cards
Other Amenities
Do you need something to bear your heavy load? See our Visit section for information on renting strollers and wagons. These items can be added to your total group order and final invoice.
Would your guest like a ride on the Zoo Train or Wildlife Carousel? We can add tokens for your guests to your total group order and final invoice. See our Visit section for information about our rides and attractions.
Souvenirs are made easy with zoo grab bags! These pre-ordered bags are $5 each and include a zoo-related toy, rock candy and a pencil or keychain. Call 918-669-6616 to reserve. Please purchase your grab bags a minimum of 3 days in advance of your trip.
Or how about an easy way to serve lunch? Let us do the work for you. We offer preordered school and group meals. These can be added to your total group order and final invoice. Kids’ meals include peanut butter & jelly sandwich or hot dog, chips, teddy grahams and lemonade. Call 918-669-6609 AT LEAST 3-5 days in advance to place an order.
