Are you looking for an exotic wedding or reception location that you will remember forever? The Tulsa Zoo has both beautiful garden settings as well as exotic indoor settings. For company picnics, business seminars, corporate dinners, proms, reunions or wedding ceremonies and receptions, the Tulsa Zoo offers many unique spaces and features you won’t find anywhere else in town.

HA CHAPMAN EVENT LODGE:
Opened May 1, 2009 is the brand new HA Chapman Event Lodge. This space features two rooms that can be opened for one large event, or divided for separate events or uses.
Location: Near Penguin, Lion, and Tiger exhibits
Total Capacity: 450 people seated with buffet
Total Square Footage in Ballroom: 6852
Savannah Room Capacity: 350 people seated with buffet

Amenities: 4 glass garage doors that open out onto 1800sq. ft. deck, high ceilings, a/c and heat, ceiling fans, access to foyer and restrooms
Congo Room Capacity: 120 people seated with buffet
Square Footage: 1,949
Amenities: One glass overhead door that opens onto patio, lower celiings, A/C and heat, four lighting arrangmenets, perfect for visual aids, access to foyer and restrooms.
BANK OF OKLAHOMA PAVILLION:
Tropically themed with bamboo interior and live palm trees, this is a very unique and intimate venue.
Location: Centrally located within zoo near Monkey Island
Total Capacity: 200 people seated with buffet and speaker/DJ space
Amenities: Windows on every side of the building that open up completely for an open-air pavilaion; A/C and heat; wrap-around deck overlooking beautiful pond; built-in audio system, complete with 5-disc cd changer, AM/FM, iPod connection and wireless mic.
HELMERICH DISCOVERY CENTER AUDITORIUM:
Newly renovated in 2008 the HDC Auditorium is outfitted with warm, neutral decor that will inspire your guests' "wild side"!
Location: Inside the Helmerich Discovery Center, near the Meerkat Market gift shop
Total Capacity: 95 people seated with buffet
Total Square Footage: 2300
Amenities: Built-in stage, copmlete with audio system, drop down projection screen and equipment, A/C and heat, restroom access
VETERINARY HOSPITAL CONFERENCE ROOM:
Tucked away in our lodge-style, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital is a truly inspirational conference room. This facility can accommodate meetings, luncheons and seminars for up to 14 people. The conference table and setup is standard for this room and cannot be changed. Audio visual equipment is available – please contact event coordinator for complete price list and availability.
Unique Hideaways
Several other fun locations are available for reservation after-hours at the zoo, including the ONEOK Basecamp, the Helmerich Playground, the Maasai Village, the Cheetah Overlook and the Rainforest Plaza. Ask your event coordinator for more details.
A Taste of the Wild
Enjoy anything from chips and dip to an elegant dinner provided by our exclusive catering service, A Taste of the Wild. Our Executive Chef is at your service and ready to create a menu your guests will rave about. The catering menu here only provides a taste of what we can offer. Fun Stuff
As if being at the zoo is not enough fun, we also offer a wide range of additional activities to make your event the event of the year! We can arrange DJs, clowns, face painters, Jupiter jumps and much more. Contact the Group Sales Department for more details.
